[Merchant] Prepare Before Integration

1. Generate API-Key：Please create a account and generate an API-Key in the Settings

2. Set Call Back Address：In the same Settings page, please provide a POST API endpoint for callbacks to receive JSON data from Skindeer when the order status changes.

3. Add IPs to Whitelist: Add up to 10 IP addresses and access is restricted to only whitelisted IPs.
