Codes for Failed Transactions
To improve overall shipping speed and protect the rights of bot shipping sellers, a penalty of 2% of the order amount will be imposed on failed bot shipping orders（delivery=Bot） due to the following error codes: 1407, 1412, 1513, 1514, 1521, 1522 and 1523. This penalty, which compensates bot shipping sellers, has a minimum of $0.01 and a maximum of $10.
